Violet Bloom’s Fresh Flowers Inc. has been serving the residents of Pickering since 1995, offering “longer lasting flowers at affordable prices”. It is family owned and operated by Kali Easson since February, 2019. After starting in the floral industry as a clerk in 2007 during her high school years, Kali steadily worked her way up within the shop and received her certification from the Canadian Institute of Floral Design. After years working alongside fabulous designers and with the previous owner Kelly as a mentor, Kali purchased the shop she grew up in.

Flowers are a special touch for any occasion, and when buying flowers you want to be able to see what you are getting. This is what sets Violet Bloom’s Fresh Flowers apart. The focal point of the store is a large walk-in cooler with rows of bunched flowers, bouquets and vase arrangements to choose from. Customers can mix and match bunched flowers to create their own bouquets, or select a pre-made mixed bouquet.

Locals agree that the store is perfect for a quick walk-in stop on the way home to pick up flowers or to place a local delivery for the next day.

Fresh, Long-Lasting Floral Arrangements

Violet Bloom’s is dedicated to offering “longer lasting flowers at affordable prices”, paying close attention to detail while maintaining excellent customer service. We manage this by purchasing the majority of our flowers direct from local Ontario growers and following the proper care and handling techniques.

They can also order orchids from Thailand and roses from Ecuador with same-day delivery. This gives the designers the versatility to create unique floral arrangements that customers have come to expect from Violet Bloom’s.

Over the years Violet Bloom’s has expanded into a full service flower shop in order to offer customers flowers for every occasion including Weddings, Prom, Graduation, Sympathy and Corporate Events.
